ICEMC 2019

ICEMC 2019 has been held successfully in Feng Chia Unviersity, Taichung, Taiwan from May 22-24, 2019, which is sponsored by Feng Chia Unviersity, technical supported by College of Charleston and scholarly supported by University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. We want to express our gratitude to all the technical committee members, and some of the external reviewers for their hard work in reviewing submissions. Conference Chairs, Program Chairs and all participants have also helped us in many ways, for which we are grateful. We also thank the keynote speaker Prof. Kun-Huang Huarng from National Taipei University of Business, Taiwan ,  Prof. L. Roger Yin from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, USA, Prof. Ruey-Jer (Bryan) Jean from National Chengchi University, Taiwan and Assoc. Prof. Chen-Huei Chou from College of Charleston, USA  for sharing their insights with us. Finally, Much appreciated for the supports from all the participants, which made ICEMC 2019 more successfull.
